Refund policy
If you have purchased an item from a stockist, please refer to their store policies and contact them directly.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact our Customer Care team at customerservice@rayskincare.com.au
We are so grateful that you decided to simplify your skin care routine with Ray Skincare. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds due to the nature of our personal care products.
However, if there is a manufacturing fault with the product or if for some reason you are not satisfied with the product, we would love to hear from you and help you resolve any issues. Please email customerservice@rayskincare.com.au
By finalising your order you are agreeing to these terms:
1. If you received a damaged item please ensure we are contacted within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
2. In the event that you have received an item with a minor fault, we will first attempt to replace or repair the item.
3. If you receive an item which is deemed by Ray Skincare as having a major fault. It is at the customers discretion to choose a replacement, store credit or a refund.
Limited edition items, special promotions (sale items), samples and preorder items cannot be canceled for a refunded due to change of mind or any other circumstance.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are not included in your refunded amount.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
