Job Title: Freelance Content Coordinator & Social Media Manager
Location: Gold Coast, QLD (Remote/Hybrid)

Position Type: Freelance, 1 Day per Week (8 hours total, flexible)

Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and organized Freelance Content Coordinator & Social Media Manager to join our growing team. This role requires someone with a flair for producing engaging and visually appealing content, along with skills in managing social media channels. You will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and managing content across our social platforms, as well as analyzing performance metrics to optimize our strategy and grow our brand’s presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality, engaging content (reels, static images, stories, and graphics) for social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
  • Use tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design platforms to create visuals aligned with our brand.
  • Manage social media channels: schedule posts, monitor engagement, and interact with the audience to build community.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize content, improve engagement, and grow our following.
  • Stay informed on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with the overall brand messaging and business goals.
  • Report on social media growth, engagement, and key performance indicators, suggesting ways to improve and innovate.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook, and experience using scheduling tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Based on the Gold Coast or nearby (preferred).

Hours & Compensation:

  • 1 day per week (or 8 hours spread throughout the week, flexible) with the potential for more hours as the role expands.
